PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

STEP 1 - SOAKING: Soak the sharpening stone with water for 5 minutes, then place it on a steady surface such as a table or desk.

STEP 2 - GRINDING: First, use the #400 grit side for coarse grinding at a 10~30 degree angle, pushing the knife out with a little force, and then gently retracting. This process takes about 15 minutes. Then, use the #1000 grit side for fine grinding. This process takes about 10 minutes.

STEP 3 - CLEANING: Wipe the whetstone with a wet cloth or rinse it with water after sharpening the tool, and then dry it.
